The reasons people move can differ greatly each time they do. For some they’re changing neighborhoods or cities; states or regions. Others are in a season of life in which their families are growing, or their careers are taking off and now want or need a bigger home.

Still, others are ready to downsize as they become empty-nesters preparing for retirement. 'No more stairs!' becomes an important goal.

And, sadly, many experience unexpected hardships in life that make moving a necessity. For them, moving can be a painful experience.
